Colaston Hair Color Chart

Von Merida nach Kolumbien

since yesterday afternoon so we are now in Colombia, specifically in Santa Marta, a port city on the Caribbean Sea.

After we read in Merida due to weather three quiet days with sightseeing tours, and enjoy an excellent whiskey ice cream at Gelateria with the world's largest selection of ice cream varieties has even a Guinness book entry. Lueku and Fabio on Friday after all, could still make their glider flight. On Saturday we had to change even our rooms because our extra night because of the international match, Venezuela - which Canada on Saturday had taken place in Merida was not scheduled. Our old room took over a dance group of young people that interferes significantly with the arrival of our previously already enjoyed peace in the vein-Posada Suiza. First we went to, but on the said international match visit.

May 29, 2010 Venezuela - Canada

Estadio Metropolitano de Merida

Test-playing countries, 20,000 spectators (0 guests)

about an hour before the game we met after the ride in the best modern trolley bus of all of South America at the stadium. Expected, was not much going on, so we went directly to the main stage. The 40 000 spectators bidder stadium, about three years ago for the Copa America rebuilt looked quite nice, even the career did not bother much. Behind one door had probably made by the Barra Merida wide, at least there hung some red and white banners and a handful of people also supported in quite often. Otherwise the atmosphere was as expected, mau, containing international match, an unimportant one at that. Venezuela in the first half, but superior to field any more dangerous in front of goal as the offensive in the present is practically Canadian. Just before the break, the 1-0 for the Venezuelans, which left the audience momentarily be a bit louder. After the break, little changed on bad game, and turnovers Fehlpaesse hueber like Over There. Since we had given all a result of tip remained so at least something exciting. Finally, the Canadians succeeded in the last minute after a free kick from the equalizer, which left at least cheer me. Had I but a predicted 1-1. The extracted meal, I would tuck me :-)

Back to town we went by taxi. We went back after a short strengthening in the Posada where waiting for us already, "cones", a Dortmunder Hopper who also was at the game. Shortly thereafter, the Tranztruppe returned home from a gig well, at least were all in weird clothes and makeup appeared. While some again now left in the belts Poco Loco bar stayed in a hostel, and Mark and I read a little. The article ran in the length because then striking said dance group outside in the courtyard held an incredible noise, so that was not to think of sleep. Then we were even for a short time passengers chased out of the room ..... But even then did not change much, especially the leaders of the group held a "talk talk talk" and discussed in crying tones together until late into the night ... When finally getting quieter, our rest room crew was very drunk back and the dance troupe now been repaid in kind, which even Mark and me a chuckle to the lips conjured tired. The highlight was that actually one of the leaders of the group then sent a boy to us to complain ..... wonderful. After a short night we went

Sunday morning to San Cristobal where the return match at the Venezuelan championship between Caracas and Deportivo Tachira FC was held to take place. The first bus would depart at seven clock, we did not reach, however. He was already about 20 minutes before departure time, full, so he drove off even a short time later without us. Shortly afterwards came another bus. Our hopes rose and in fact we were able to enter quickly. But of course it goes in the opposite direction. About an hour we waited in the bus until it was finally accomplished, and also began to move. After about 5 hours we arrived in San Cristobal. Briefly at the bus station the next trip booked after the game to Maraccaibo and down it went with an old baggy containing a bus for the stadium. On the way we had to stand still short of money which in Venezuela due to strict security measures is not so simple. We were able to obtain only 300 Bolivar at a time ... The problem we have mastered but yet and so it went on to the stadium. After about 20 minutes by bus, we reached the outskirts where the same were several stages. Two baseball stadiums, a bull ring, the national football stadium and a little different football stadium.

May 30, 2010 Deportivo Tachira - Caracas FC

Pueblo Nuevo Estadio San Cristobal, 38000 spectators (500 guests)

Cup finals return match Venezuela

Around the stadium was all hell breaks loose. Everything was bathed in yellow-black the colors of Deportivo Tachira. On the way begrudged Lueku, Mark and I are still the best burger for the entire trip (who comes along once in San Cristobal, go to Popeye Burger :-)) Suddenly it began to rain like cats and dogs, we sprinted to the stadium entrance, quickly been found and our special entrance waved through. Unfortunately we were too late and the best places were of course we already occupied us in the end post at the very edge of the main stage to the home block out. Even before the game left to guess what might be going on if Tachira would make up the shortfall from the first leg 0-1. The entire stadium, despite the pouring rain dressed in yellow and black. The number of fence fans impressed. Virtually the entire Fence was ueberhaengt with flags. Unfortunately, the Gaestefans on the other side of the main grandstand were staying, so we have noticed of which little or nothing. Sorry, there was also the first impression of the home fans during the game not what he had promised. In addition to the Barra "Avalancha Sur" which actually sang through the whole game, the stadium was not so much going on as with the first leg in Caracas. Again, a nice intro with casting reels, smoke and fireworks and a huge block flag. The Gegentribuene unrolled a big block flag in the form of the Tachira-waistcoat. The game started brilliantly. After 12 minutes and two beautiful gates of the guest was already 0-2 ahead from Caracas. And something almost unbelievable happened. The first spectators left the stadium already! determined a few hundred flocked back after 12 minutes already clear from the stadium .... it was for Tachira turn now very hard all yet, but still left behind this happen a rather strange impression on me.
Tachira after trying to practice the first goal, but often unlucky. Finally succeeded but the 1-2 first goal and hope to germinate. Until the break Tachira again increases the pressure, also came to scoring chances, but missed all miserably. At half-time again as the image shortly after the 0-2. Lots of spectators left the stadium and went ....
Tachira also expressed after the break for an equalizer, but for a conceded the counter 1-3. The final decision about 30 minutes from time. The stadium was emptying, and now more and more as soon after that fell 1-4, it looked as if the game is over. Scarcely a third of the spectators was the final whistle the stadium. We used the free space and went in the direction Gaesteblock. There has been celebrated, but the euphoria was really Gaesteanhang not in any way. They were more concerned with the still present Tachira fans to humiliate. On the other side of the Gaestblocks started a lot of young people in the direction of the Mater Alien Gaesteblock throw to. We stayed a bit after the final whistle the stadium. However, since the Cup surrender extremely moved in the length, we decided to go. As soon as we arrived at the outlets, it started with us to pop on the forecourt. With their shirts masked youths stormed the entrances to the main stage and plundered the Getraenkestaende the bushes to throw then to the police or all of which carry pallets of drinks. Since we did not know exactly whether the young people wanted to go only to Gaesteanhang or at least it was made to exclude the "rich" in the main grandstand, we stayed above until the top of the grandstand. Finally the police managed the youth of the platform to push away (in which she cast the belongings of the young people of post again threw back ....) We decided to divide us by less conspicuous. We were pointed out by the police rather harshly in one direction and Mark got even a blow with his stick. We removed ourselves from something traenengasverhangenen parking lot and walked towards the main road to get us a taxi about 45 minutes after which we then took and went to the bus terminal where our night bus drove off after about 10 Maraccaibo clock.

After a restless night we arrived at 6 clock in the morning in Maraccaibo and looked for a taxi which would take us over in about two and a half hours the border. In an ancient Chevi we wobbled now on the road for potholes penetrated by Colombian border. Shortly before the border became more frequent police checks. Even before the border we had to show our passports twice. Then our taxi stopped at a nondescript little house. The driver We explained that we would have to then pay the Departure tax of 65 Bolivar. Then it went a few hundred meters, where we had to pick up the exit stamp. Then it was on to the Colombian side. Again, a few hundred meters further we got the stamp and drove the last kilometers to the bus terminal in the border town of Maicao. Shortly after the border checkpoint, another of the Colombian police, who was very friendly and pleasant. In Maicao we had to first take care of money. There was no ATM machines in the terminal. After a failed attempt by credit card our journey to Santa Marta to pay, we offered the people at the bus company, someone to drive his motorcycle into the center to there to withdraw money. A short time later we were sitting in the bus and spent approximately 3 hours and usually asleep except more police checks was not much excitement. Once in Santa Marta, we got all first-time 300 000 pesos (around 150 CHF) and left us in a small taxi ride five of the hotel. Once again, it rained in torrents for an arrival .... Santa Marta was and is an important port city for the region. In front of the beach large freighter at anchor. All in all, makes the city a nice impression are some nice homes in the Colonial to see it again and of course the most in any city lack Plaza Bolivar. Simon Bolivar died here in 1830 by the way in this city. At the Strandpromenande the usual Supplier as well as catering for their resorts also usual pushy waiters are also present of course. It is again very hot last night was the Termometer not below 28 degrees, a high .... on the air conditioning even though it's pretty wicked how much electricity is consumed as well if the thing runs all night ....
We purchased the Hotel Nueva Granada. Nice courtyard and the room key as mentioned for Gleuck with air conditioning. In our climatic conditions do not come cheap but 20 francs, including breakfast is still going. Lueku, Hug and Fabio then went towards the city beach, while Mark and I wanted to take care of the journey. Lueku, Hug and Fabio are in fact go on the road towards Ecuador, while Mark and I decided in view of penitential pilgrimage us 40 hours for pilots and early arrival in Ecuador. Unfortunately, I ran after the book was an accident without big pay attention to the time I booked a flight at nine clock evening from Bogota to Quito, instead of nine clock in the morning .... Just as it seems we can reach the person but fortunately free . cancel
be Today we go to the beach and then wait for the 2nd Division on the evening game against Union Magdalena in Santa Marta Petrolera. Afterwards we continue to Barranquilla where the return match taking place tomorrow evening at the Colombian championship. Afterwards we continue to Cartagena where Mark and I fly to Bogota on Friday. Oh by the way
we had last night, the first cockroach spotted in a room, she ran over Marks bed when he wanted to lie down straight. My sandals prevented but then she could continue rumkrabbeln in our room .... Hasta Luego
